Vegetarian Indian Food: Demo

Indian cuisine has so many flavorful and traditional vegetarian options! Come taste something different & learn tricks so you can recreate this healthy (but deceptively simple!) meal at home.

This is a demonstration class, maximum attendance 12.

  • Yellow Split Pea Dahl (split peas, turmeric, onion, garlic, ginger, spice)
  • Vegetable Coconut Curry (veggies, coconut milk, onion, ginger, herbs & spices)
  • Rice & Naan (flatbread)

Notes: Food will have flavor, but will not be too spicy! There will be vegan, gluten-free, and dairy-free options.
