Firefighter Don Blair Promoted to Lieutenant

On October 1, 2007, Effingham Firefighter Don Blair was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant.  Lt. Blair started his career with the Effingham Fire Department as a full time recruit firefighter on September 30, 1990.  He currently serves as the Training Officer for the Department and will now assume the additional duties of company officer at Station #3.  Lt. Blair currently resides in Effingham with his wife Tonya, their daughter Ashley and their son Corey.
