The Finance Office maintains financial and accounting records, reports and statements. The work is performed in accordance with State Statutes and City Ordinances and is subject to review by the City Administrator, the Mayor and City Council.

The City Treasurer prepares the City's payroll, manages the employee's benefit programs, oversees the payment of bills, manages the day to   day operations of the finance office, and administers the City's investment strategy.
