The City of Effingham charges $5 for any Incident Report and payment must be received before a report is sent. The incident report will be processed and released upon the Fire Chief’s approval and this may take up to five (5) business days.  Before payment is accepted, we will verify that this incident occurred in our jurisdiction.

Upon completion of this request process, please indicate payment type and how you would like the report issued to you.   If you have any questions, please contact our Administrative Offices at 217-342-2555.
