Subdivision Control

Administers the development of land subdivisions in the City and extra-territorial area (area lying within 1.5 miles of the City corporate limits).

Infrastructure Capital Improvements

Supervises the planning, design, right-of-way or site acquisition, and construction of all buildings, streets, sidewalks, water and sewer lines and other City public works.
