Do you have a desire to build leadership skills and "explore" what a career in law enforcement would look like?

If you are between between the ages of 14 and 21, consider applying to be part of this exciting group.

1. Please complete the application below.  Be sure to fill out every question, especially:
   1. Complete name and address
   2. Signature
   3. Parent/Guardian signature
2. Complete, sign and date the New Uniform application
3. Read, sign and date the Waiver and Release form
   1. Have each parent/guardian sign and date
4. Bring all completed forms to the Police Department
