Notice is hereby given that the Zoning Board of Appeals of the City of Effingham, Illinois, will hold a public hearing on May 27, 2025 at 6:00 P.M. in the City Council Chambers, 1st Floor, City Hall, located at 201 East Jefferson Avenue, Effingham, Illinois, at which time and place all interested parties may participate in the Public Hearing by presenting testimony and questions on a petition requesting a Variance to reduce the front yard setback from 25 feet to 12 feet in a R-2 Single-Family Residence District per Article 6.4 and Article 21 in Appendix B of the City of Effingham Municipal Code (Zoning Ordinance No. 44-89).
