Notice is hereby given that the Zoning Board of Appeals of the City of Effingham, Illinois, will hold a public hearing on May 27, 2025 at 6:00 P.M. in the City Council Chambers, 1st Floor, City Hall, located at 201 East Jefferson Avenue, Effingham, Illinois, at which time and place all interested parties may participate in the Public Hearing by presenting testimony and questions on a petition requesting a Variance to reduce the rear-yard setback as approved by Ordinance No. 032-2018 for the Golden Fields Subdivision Planned Residence District as provided for in Article 11 in Appendix B of the City of Effingham Municipal Code (Zoning Ordinance No. 44-89) from 22 feet to 17 feet.
