Notice is hereby given that the Zoning Board of Appeals of the City of Effingham, Illinois, will hold a public hearing on November 25, 2025 at 6:00 P.M. in the City Council Chambers, 1st Floor, City Hall, located at 201 East Jefferson Avenue, Effingham, Illinois, at which time and place all interested parties may participate in the Public Hearing by presenting testimony and questions on a petition requesting a Variance to reduce the required rear-yard setback from 35 feet to 30 feet in a R-1 Single-Family Residence District per Articles 5-4 and 22 in Appendix B of the City of Effingham Municipal Code (Zoning Ordinance No. 44-89)
