Notice is hereby given the City of Effingham Plan Commission and Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a Special Meeting on October 5, 2023 at 6:00 P.M. in the City Council Chambers, 1st Floor, City Hall, located at 201 East Jefferson Avenue, in the City of Effingham, Illinois. The American Planning Association Illinois Chapter will present Plan Commissioner Training to the members of the Commission, Board and City Staff. The Public is welcome to attend and observe but will not be able to participate in the training. As with all Public Meetings, there will be time at the end of the Training for Public Comment which requires a “Speaker’s Card” which can be filled out online at: https://www.effinghamil.com/speaker-card-form/
OR paper forms will be available at the meeting but need to be filled out and submitted 10 minutes prior to the Meeting.
