Notice is hereby given that the Zoning Board of Appeals of the City of Effingham, Illinois, will hold a public hearing on the 25th day of July, 2023 at 6:00 P.M. in the City Council Chambers, 1st Floor, City Hall, located at 201 East Jefferson Avenue, Effingham, Illinois, at which time and place all interested parties may participate in the Public Hearing by presenting testimony and questions on a petition requesting a Variance to allow the alteration (addition) of a non-conforming building increasing the existing nonconformity which is not permitted per Article 28-2 as provided for in Appendix B to the City of Effingham Municipal Code (Zoning Ordinance No. 44-89)
