Teen Leadership Academy

The Teen Leadership Academy is designed to provide teens with a greater awareness and understanding between our Department and the citizens we serve.

The eight week course, held one night a week, will provide insight into the divisions and functions of the department. Participants will have the opportunity to participate in role-playing investigations and meet officers of the department. Participants will graduate the course with an understanding of the operations and resources provided by the Effingham Police Department.
