The Effingham 2050 Comprehensive Plan is in final draft, and available for your review.  Also, a Homestretch Timeline of meetings and objectives has been set.  These meetings are an opportunity for you to express your opinion and ideas about the final draft of the Plan. Annual Treasurer’s reports

State statute requires the City Treasurer to file a comprehensive annual report for monies received and expenditures incurred by the City during the preceding fiscal year, as mandated by 65 ILCS 5/3.1-35-65.
