A Homestretch Timeline of meetings and objectives has been set pertaining to the Effingham 2050 Comprehensive Plan.  These meetings are an opportunity for you to express your opinion and ideas about the final draft of the Plan. Employee compensation reports

State statute requires all employer's participating in Illinois Municipal Retirement Fund (IMRF) to post the total compensation package for each employee receiving total compensation that exceeds $75,000 per year. The employees total compensation package includes: salary, health insurance, housing allowance, vehicle allowance, clothing allowance, bonus, loan, vacation, and sick days granted.  For more information, see state statute 5 ILCS 120/7.3.

The City of Effingham posts a compensation package for all full-time employees.  Any part-time or seasonal employees are not included.
