Illinois Department of Insurance annual pension fund statements

Each year, both the Police Pension Fund and the Fire Pension Fund submits to the Public Pension Division of the Illinois Department of Insurance (IDOI) an annual statement, which must be submitted to the Public Pension Division within six (6) months of the close of the City's fiscal year.  The pension boards provide the data which is required by the State of Illinois under statute 40 ILCS 5/1A-109.
