Entry level firefighter eligibility list testing

No applications for FIREFIGHTER NEW HIRE ELGIBILITY LIST TESTING are being accepted at this time.

The Board of Fire and Police Commissioners hire from a two-year eligibility list. The current Firefighter New Hire Eligibility List was established in October 2022. This list is effective from October 2022 until October 2024.

Please check back in the summer of 2024 for an application to test for the next eligibility list.

Entry level police new hire eligibility list testing

The Board of Fire and Police Commissioners of the City of Effingham, Illinois, is currently not accepting applications for ENTRY LEVEL POLICE NEW HIRE ELIGIBILITY TESTING.

The current Entry Level Police New Hire Eligibility List is effective until December 6,2023.

Applications will be made available and will be accepted in the summer of 2023 to test in the fall of 2023.

The current Entry Level Police New Hire Experienced Officer Eligibility List is effective until July 26,2023.
