Pay your water and sewer bill

You can pay your water and sewer bill online with a debit/credit card, or by dropping off a check/cash at City Hall. You can also set up automatic payments.

If your water is shut-off due to non-payment, a non-refundable $25 disconnect fee will be applied to your account.

Online payments

If you want to pay your bill online:

For Account Holders:
If you want to pay your bill online, you'll need your account number and customer ID:
1. Visit the payment portal
2. Select "Sign In/Register"
3. Select "Create an account"
4. Enter your information and click "Create"

For Guest Checkout:
1. Visit the payment portal
2. Select "Quick pay"
3. Enter Account Number and Customer Number
4. Select "Find bill"

If you paid online, you’ll see a Transaction Result page confirming your payment. You’ll also get an email confirmation.

Pay in-person

You can pay by check, cash, or by debit or credit card at City Hall (201 E. Jefferson Avenue)

  • Customer service drive-up window (weekdays, 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.)
  • Utility Billing office in City Hall (weekdays, 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.)
  • 24-hour drop box (after business hours) - check only

Pay by phone

You can pay your bill over the phone with a debit or credit card by calling 833-490-9215.

Make sure you have your account number and customer ID available prior to making the phone call.
