What's next

If you enrolled in ACH payments through the Utility Billing Office with a checking or savings account, each month on the 15th, your water bill payment will be taken out of your bank account automatically. If the 15th is on a weekend or holiday, the payment will come out of your account the Friday before the 15th.

If you enrolled in auto pay through the online payment portal with a debit/credit card or e-check, you can either select the bill to be paid on the due date (the 15th of every month) or on the date you selected prior to the due date. Do not select a date after the due date or late fees will be charged to your account.
