The City’s Municipal Electrical Aggregate will end in December, 2025. During this year’s bidding process, the City was unable to secure through the aggregate process a lower rate than Ameren. Residents on the City’s aggregate will automatically return to Ameren at a lower rate.  You still have the option to choose an electrical supplier other than Ameren, within two months, although Ameren will remain your provider.

TIF Joint Review Committee

About

State law requires that the Tax Increment Finance (TIF) Boards meet annually. These boards are made up of a representative from each taxing authority affected by a TIF and one member from the public at large. The TIF Board meets annually to review activities within the TIF districts, the annual TIF reports, minutes of previous meetings, any new TIF legislation, and a discussion of any new TIF projects and initiatives.
