Register your utility

If you are a utility company with facilities in the City’s right-of-way, every year you need to:

• Register
• Submit a current Certificate of Insurance

Companies with City franchise agreements are exempt.

You will need to provide us with new proof of insurance certificates that meets our requirements. The requirements are listed in the registration form.

1. Download and complete the utility registration form
2. Submit the form and certificate of insurance to the City by mail, email, or in-person:

   • In-person: Public Works, 201 East Jefferson Avenue

You will need to register every year.
