Effingham Police Department Records Division works to meet the needs of our neighbors, businesses, and visitors.

Records staff will assist you with :

  • Golf cart permits
  • Solicitors, peddlers and itinerant merchant permits
  • Mobile food service establishment permits
  • Fundraiser on City streets permits
  • Temporary handicapped placards
  • Bicycle registrations
