Submit emergency contacts

Before you start

Business owners or management need to gather the following contact information for keyholders and owners.  For each business, we prefer to have three contacts on file who can respond in the event of an emergency, who also reside within driving distance.

For each contact, please provide:

  • Name of business
  • Full name
  • Primary phone number
  • Alternate phone numbers
  • Address
  • Relationship (i.e.: Owner, keyholder)
  • Business hours

What to do

Please submit new or updated business contact information:

  • Email Billie Bales
  • In-person at Effingham Police Department
  • Submit the form below

Please let us know if any previous contacts need removed from our list, or if any other contact information changes.

What's next

Once your contact information is submitted, the data is entered into our system.  When an emergency occurs which requires contacting your business after hours, dispatchers will use the contact list provided (in order) to reach an owner or keyholder.

When any contacts, phone numbers, or addresses change, please contact Effingham Police Department immediately to update your contact list.
